My mother and myself had a bit of an argument and I reacted and got upset.
We sorted it out but I am still tensed up and need to unwind.
Pray I will relax please and switch off and that I will receive more grace not to react to triggers. And put right what I need to with God's strength and mercy.
Pray my mother will be at peace also and have a relaxing sleep
