I’m trying to be okay but I’m not okay pray for me everyone I’m breaking down and I don’t know which way to turn

Lord comfort this person and fill them with your joy and peace in their life. Give them the strength they need to face whatever they are going through. May they start to remember all the blessing they have had in their life and start thanking you for them, instead of what they are facing now, for when we are grateful to you even in hard times you pour blessings on us. Take away all depression they may be having and help them get into your word where we find so much comfort. I pray in the merciful name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

Heavenly Father bring comfort and peace to this dear one who is hurting and feeling so lost and fearful. Draw them to You Lord Jesus so that they might have the peace that passes all understanding. Bring godly people into their life that they might have the joyfulness of Christian fellowship. Lord give this dear one and overwhelming sense of Your love for them and help them to walk in a deep and abiding relationship with You so that their soul would know true and abiding joy in You Lord Jesus.
