Can you pray for my teenager to come home, their friend's rich family have offered to adopt them (they only have 1 child) and the family's lifestyle of ease and luxury is very appealing. We are poor and I have been sick for a very long time, and my teenager and I have been arguing of late about boundaries and not spending hours on their phone. The young person is with the other family at the moment and I don't know if they'll ever come back. Please pray, especially as in their household they mock Jesus, and I don't want my teenager to have to hide their faith or lose it. I feel desperate. Please pray for them to come back.

God. please forgive us our shortcomings, and hear our prayers. We ask in Jesus' name.

I don't know what you have done to get your child back and am not judging you. You need to call the police! That family offering to adopt when they have you is parental alienation, not only that, if they have taken custody of your child without permission, that is kidnapping! If you do not report it, it is abandonment on your part. It seems that your kid has control of the situation and you need to take charge as a parent. There is plenty of free help available to you. Do not be a victim and take control. May God bless you with strength and good health so that you may save your child. May the Lord send people your way to help in this situation. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen.

Heavenly Father I pray that You would touch the heart of this angry young teen and convict them to return to their true home and the loving parent that longs for their return. Help the parent to continue praying in faith and let this teen not fall prey to the wiles and false promise of wealth. Help the seeds of faith that this dear parent planted in this child bloom and grow and reunite them as parent and child once again.
