Pray for protection over a educational institution that is being led by a very vindictive and eratic president. He has sucked the joy of serving the Lord out of the entire faculty and staff. He is unpredictable, moody, and irrational in his dealings and decisions, and his treatment of people. This is a Christian college, so this is extremely hard to handle. Pray for protection for those that serve there, and that God will remove him from leadership, so that more and more people do not become hurt, lose their jobs, and before the college is damaged permanently. Father God, you know the situation at this college and the heart of this individual. Lord I pray that you will soften his heart and take out all the darkness. Lord he is in a position of leadership and I pray that you will minister unto him and help him to make better decisions.
